This Cookie Policy explains how Learning with Nicole Ltd ("we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on Learning with Nicole. It should be read alongside our Learner Agreement & Terms.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to remember your preferences, and to provide information to site owners about how their site is used.

How we use cookies

We group the cookies we use into three categories:

Essential cookies

These are necessary for the website to function and cannot be switched off. They include things like remembering your cookie choices and keeping the site secure. They do not store any personally identifiable information for marketing purposes.

Analytics cookies (optional)

With your permission, we use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and PostHog to understand how visitors find and use our site so we can improve it. These cookies collect information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the approximate region you are visiting from, and — via Microsoft Clarity and, for a sample of visits, PostHog — anonymised session recordings and heatmaps showing how visitors interact with our pages. PostHog also records which features and pages are used and powers feature flags for trying out changes to the site. This data is aggregated and used for statistical purposes.

No analytics cookies are set, and no session data is collected, until you opt in. We use Google Consent Mode, which keeps analytics storage disabled by default, and we only load Microsoft Clarity or PostHog at all once you choose "Accept all" or enable Analytics in your preferences.

Marketing cookies (optional)

With your permission, we use Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure how well our advertising campaigns are working — for example, whether someone who clicked one of our ads went on to submit an application. This data is used to improve our advertising, not to build a profile of you elsewhere on the web.

No marketing cookies are set until you opt in. We use Google Consent Mode and Meta's own consent gate, which keep ad storage disabled by default until you choose "Accept all" or enable Marketing in your preferences.

Managing your choices

You can change your cookie choices at any time. Your preference is stored in your browser and you will not be asked again unless our cookie use materially changes or you clear your browser storage.

You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling essential cookies may affect how the site works.
